Rules & Regulation

• The candidates have to reach in the college before the warning bell and morning assembly begins.
• All the exams throughout the session are must for all the students in this institution.
• In case of Late or absent in class due to genuine reason he/she to inform to the Principal or teacher in charge.
• Every trainee has to fulfill attendance criteria decided by WBBPE & WBUTTEPA.
• Uniform & Identity Card is must inside the college otherwise he/she won’t be allowed to attend classes.
• College is your property and centre of learning so try to maintain discipline and don’t spit, use the dustbin to keep clean and tidy.
• Don’t smoke inside the college campus.
• College organizes various co-curricular activities and educational programs for all round development of the students round the year. It is mandatory to participate in these programs.
• Our institution adhere the rules of anti-ragging and anti-sexual harassment in educational institution. Any student found guilty will be rusticated from college and punished by Indian Law.
• Deputation, slogans, rally, political involvement and influence will not be entertained in the campus.
• Misbehaving to the members of the trust, teaching and non-teaching staff will be punished strictly.
• In case of leave prior sanction is must.
• Using mobile phones, laptop, internet, face book, whatsapp is strictly restricted inside the classroom.
• Breakage in any property, instruments or gadgets is punishable with fine or paying cash against the cost of the instrument.
• Don’t steal/miss use the books, magazines or newspaper if caught or found will be punished.
• All the exams throughout the session are must for all the students in this institution.
• Internal marks (both theoretical and practical) are depended upon the co-curricular activities, that means not only the participation of students in the educational programme, but also in all the college programmes such as cultural programmes, educational excursions etc, otherwise their inappropriate presence in all these activities throughout the session will hamper their internal marks. (the students have to be presented in the micro teaching and practice teaching)
• College fees has to be paid as per as the rules of West Bengal Primary Board, The West Bengal University Teachers’ Training Education Planning & Administration and Gitanjali Teachers Training College Trust.
• All payments should not be refundable at any circumstances.
